Sharqiyya: Journal of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies

Share

Sharqiyya is a peer-reviewed academic journal published semi-annually by the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies at Tel Aviv University and the Middle East & Islamic Studies Association of Israel.

Sharqiyya publishes scholarly articles about the recent history and politics of the Middle East and North Africa and seeks to promote and disseminate the work of scholars with firsthand knowledge of the region’s cultures and languages. Each issue includes six articles, several of which are based on a theme inspired by contemporary events in the Middle East and North Africa.

The editors of Sharqiyya welcome article submissions from academics and graduate students of all disciplines. Articles should be written in English and include no more than 3,000 words. Please include a CV with submissions. Inquiries and submissions should be directed to SharqiyyaJournal@gmail.com.
