Cihat Yayci

Ret. Rear Admiral Assoc. Prof. Cihat Yayci is the president of Bahçeşehir University’s Maritime and Global Strategies Center. He has written extensively on maritime law. He is known as the architect of the Turkey-Libya delimitation agreement and the doctrine of the Blue Homeland, also known as the Yayci Doctrine.
