The Abraham Accords: Paradigm Shift or Short Term Strategy?

In the wake of the Abraham Accords, the agreement normalising relations between Israel, Bahrain and the UAE, academic voices from the region discuss whether this marks a paradigm shift or is simply a short term strategy:

Dr. Nir Boms, research fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center, in conversation with Dr. Majid Al Sarrah and Dr. Najat Al Saied.

Dr. Majid Al Sarrah is a visiting lecturer in Public Policy and Legislation at the American University of Sharjah, who has been previously described as a regional ''expert in public policy'' by the London School of Economics. He serves as a legal adviser in the field of aviation policy.

Dr. Najat Al Saied was formerly a researcher at the Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) in Abu Dhabi, and holds a PhD in Media Studies from the University of Westminster. She is a columnist for Al Itttihad, a daily Arabic language newspaper published in the UAE.
