Adam Hoffman was interviewed by I24 News about Taliban relations with Al-Qa'ida and ISIS-K: "Taliban has never cut ties with al-Qaida. There is a somewhat significant Al-Qa'ida presence in Afghanistan."
"ISIS-K was very happy to portray the Taliban in public statements as US ally and collaborator," Hoffman added.
