"Back to the Middle East" is the podcast of the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies in Tel Aviv University. The podcast will explore various aspects of the Middle East, all along the timeline: past (history), present (news), future (trends) – and of course, everything in between.
In the podcast, we will talk to Dayan Center researchers, as well as to guest speakers of various backgrounds, to explore together: where are we? How did we get here? And where is all of this going?
Our new episode deals with: Qatar and Al Jazeera: A Small State, Big Ambitions (in Hebrew).
The episode is hosted by Dr. Jonathan Franco, MDC researcher, and features Dr. Joshua Krasna, a researcher on the Gulf states at the Moshe Dayan Center, and Dr. Tom Sharon, a researcher of Arab media at the Moshe Dayan Center.
