The Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies congratulates Dr. Harel Chorev, Head of the MDC's Doron Halpern Middle East Network Analysis Desk, on his selection as one of Tel Aviv University's most outstanding lecturers for the 2017-18 academic year. It must be noted that this is the second year in a row that Dr. Chorev was chosen to receive this prestigious honor.
