With the announcement of the Abraham Accords in August 2020, the Gulf-Israel Policy Forum was established as a joint venture of the Moshe Dayan Center and the UAE-Israel Business Council. The Policy Forum serves as a central hub for networking, consultation and collaboration between leading scholars, policy makers and practitioners from Israel and the Gulf, and includes members from Israel, the UAE, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

The Policy Forum allows for the exchange of research, expertise and analysis, and as a forum for academic and policy research collaboration. It includes members of leading think tanks and universities and is well connected to leading media outlets in Israel and the Arab Gulf.

The forum hosts and organizes regular conferences, dialogue sessions and mutual visits of policy makers and researchers. It serves as a resource for knowledge about the Gulf countries in Israel and knowledge about Israel in the Gulf countries, both for the policy community and the media.
