Alexey Khlebnikov

Alexey Khelbnikov was the 2011 AMSITAU scholar at the MDC. At the time of his fellowship, Alexey was a doctoral candidate at Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Russia. During his stay, he worked with Prof. Bruce Maddy-Weitzman on a project which analyzed Syrian foreign policy and its influence on the region's processes and balance of power.
