Rachel Kantz Feder, Ph.D, is a researcher at the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies and a lecturer at Tel Aviv University.
Feder is completing her manuscript, Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and the Foundations of Shi'i Modernism. Her research explores Shi'ism, Iraqi history, and the role of modern psychology in Arab decolonization struggles. She teaches courses on modern Iraq, Islam, and methodology. She is also a research associate at Haifa University.
